Crnogorska komercijalna banka or CKB (full name: Crnogorska komercijalna banka a.d. Podgorica), (MNSE: CKBP) is a bank in Montenegro. It is owned by Hungarian OTP Bank.
The bank has 20 branches and ~250 employees. The bank was founded in 1997 by Milka Ljumović. It was sold to Hungarian OTP Group on August 29, 2006 for €105 million.[1] Ljumovic remained as the bank's general director until April 2009 when she left along with her assistant Bosa Tatar.

CKB was founded 1998. Its founders were small and medium size Montenegrin firms.
After eight years, with the network of around 30 branches and with around 300 employees, CKB is the leading Montenegrin banks. Main CKB resources are its staff and its clients. More than 10,000 companies and around 135,000 citizens have accounts and run their business in cooperation with CKB.
